Cross Country improves to 4-0

With their top five runners finishing in the top ten, the Pirates would have a strong finish and beat both Millburn (25-30) and Livingston (16-44) and move to 4-0 on the season.
With conference racing heating up, the Seton Hall Prep Cross Country team approached their match-up against Livingston and Millburn strategically and with confidence. 

After sitting on the Millburn leaders through the first mile and a half, junior Connor Schmit and senior co-captain TJ Sparno began to chase down the front runners. 

Schmit would take control of the race heading into the 3rd mile and Sparno would hold strong in the top three.  They were closely followed by junior Ben Brennan.

Scoring for the Pirates were Schmit (17:37- 1st Place), Sparno (17:56- 3rd Place), Brennan (18:13- Branch Brook PR- 4th Place), senior co-captain Russ Webb (18:57- 8th Place) and freshman Andrew Burkitt (19:12- Branch Brook PR- 10th Place).
