Swimming Wins 27th Straight County Title

Seton Hall Prep Swimming extended its remarkable dynasty at the Essex County Swim Championships, capturing its 27th consecutive title with 277 points.

Bryan Dos Santos led Seton Hall Prep’s championship effort with individual victories in the 50 freestyle (21.71) and 100 freestyle (47.90). Alex Buftea added wins in the 200 freestyle (1:43.37) and 500 freestyle (4:49.84).
 
Seton Hall Prep swept the relay events, claiming first place in both the 200 freestyle relay (1:31.75) and 400 freestyle relay (3:17.03). The team also placed third in the 200 medley relay (1:41.34).
 
Sean Clark contributed to the winning effort with a second-place finish in the 100 butterfly (52.92) and third in the 100 backstroke (56.25). Ryan Pelosi took third in the 50 freestyle (22.41), while West Morsa finished third in the 100 butterfly (56.75).
