The St. Peter's meet was tight throughout as the lead was never more than 6 points.  Senior Richard Poplawski got the first SHP race win of the season in grand fashion as he set a new school record in the 200 Freestyle in a time of 1:40.80, breaking his own mark of 1:41.41 from his sophomore season.  Poplawski also won the 500 Freestyle in 4:42.77.  Senior Cormac Rouse won the 50 Freestyle in an outstanding time of 21.07.  Poplawski and Rouse were both on 2 SHP winning relays as they were joined by Junior George Peralvo and Senior Owen Ripley to win the 200 Freestyle Relay in 1:29.72, and then by junior Kyle Phillips and Ripley to win the 400 Freestyle Relay in 3:16.04.

Richard Poplawski would set another school record against Montclair in winning the 200 IM in 1:50.75, breaking the previous record of 1:51.99 of Jaeden Yburan '21 set in 2020.  Poplawski would be a double winner once again as he also won the 100 Backstroke in 51.04.  Other race winners for SHP included senior Pat Miller in the 200 Freestyle (1:53.84), Cormac Rouse in the 100 Butterfly (54.88), junior Karl Burghardt in the 100 Freestyle (53.49), George Peralvo in the 500 Freestyle (5:25.72), and Freshman Ryan Pelosi in the 50 Freestyle (23.21).  The Prep also took first in all 3 relays.  The Medley relay went to the foursome of Ripley, Phillips, Burghardt, and senior Francis Jaso (1:44.94); the 200 Free Relay was won by senior James Scannella, Phillips, Ripley, and Miller (1:36.24), and the 400 Free Relay was taken by Peralvo, senior Lucas Kopp, Jaso, and Rouse (3:29.38).
