SHP Crew Celebrates New Boats

The Seton Hall Prep Crew held a boat naming and blessing ceremony outside their boathouse in Lyndhurst, NJ on Saturday, Oct. 10th, honoring members of the Class of 1972 and Msgr. Robert Harahan for their support toward the program.

The "SHP Class of 1972 HZF" was donated as a 50th Class Anniversary gift to the Crew team by members of the class of 1972, while the "Msgr. Robert Harahan" was named in honor of Msgr. Harahan, who served as Headmaster at The Prep when the crew team started.

The team will use both boats to perform at a high level in competition in the future.
